Terms of Use
These terms are an agreement between you and Barbarda (“we”), the publisher of Bus Escape: Arrow Puzzle (“the game”). By playing you agree to them. Contact: support@barbarda.com. Türkçe metin aşağıda.
Licence
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to play the game on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial entertainment. The game, its levels, art, music and code remain ours or our licensors’. If you downloaded the game from the App Store, Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies; Apple is not responsible for the game or its support.
Virtual items
Coins, lives, boosters and other in-game items are part of the game’s licence. They have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money or transferred, and may be changed, rebalanced or removed as the game evolves. Progress and items are stored on your device; we cannot restore them if the app is deleted or the device is lost.
Purchases and refunds
The current version offers no purchases. If a later version does, they are optional and are made through the Apple App Store or Google Play, under that store’s payment, account and refund terms. Refund requests go to the store: Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com, Google through your Google Play order history. Consumable items are used up when spent. This does not limit any right you have under mandatory consumer law.
Acceptable use
Do not cheat, modify, reverse engineer, decompile or interfere with the game or its services, use bots or exploits, resell access to it, or use it unlawfully, except where the law expressly allows it. We may disable features for, or stop supporting, versions of the game that have been modified.
Availability and changes
The game is provided “as is” and “as available”. We may update, change or stop the game, its levels or features, or the devices it supports, at any time. Some features may need an internet connection or the latest version.
Third-party services
The game relies on services such as Apple, Google, Firebase and, in versions that offer them, RevenueCat and Unity LevelPlay. Their own terms and privacy policies apply to them. See our Privacy Policy.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost progress or data, or for interruptions. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law, such as for intent or gross negligence, or your statutory consumer rights.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of İstanbul have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence and may also bring claims before the consumer arbitration committees or consumer courts competent for you.

Kullanım Koşulları (Türkçe)
Bu koşullar, Bus Escape: Arrow Puzzle’ın (“oyun”) yayıncısı Barbarda (“biz”) ile sen arasındaki bir sözleşmedir. Oyunu oynayarak bu koşulları kabul edersin. İletişim: support@barbarda.com.
Lisans
Sana oyunu sahip olduğun veya kontrol ettiğin cihazlarda, kişisel ve ticari olmayan eğlence amacıyla oynaman için kişisel, münhasır olmayan, devredilemez ve geri alınabilir bir lisans veririz. Oyun, bölümleri, görselleri, müziği ve kodu bize veya lisans verenlerimize aittir. Oyunu App Store’dan indirdiysen Apple’ın Lisanslı Uygulama Son Kullanıcı Lisans Sözleşmesi de geçerlidir; Apple oyundan veya desteğinden sorumlu değildir.
Sanal öğeler
Jetonlar, canlar, güçlendiriciler ve diğer oyun içi öğeler oyun lisansının parçasıdır. Nakit değerleri yoktur, paraya çevrilemez veya devredilemez; oyun geliştikçe değiştirilebilir, yeniden dengelenebilir veya kaldırılabilir. İlerleme ve öğeler cihazında saklanır; uygulama silinirse veya cihaz kaybolursa bunları geri getiremeyiz.
Satın alımlar ve iadeler
Mevcut sürüm satın alım sunmaz. İleriki bir sürüm sunarsa satın alımlar isteğe bağlıdır ve Apple App Store veya Google Play üzerinden, ilgili mağazanın ödeme, hesap ve iade koşullarıyla yapılır. İade talepleri mağazaya iletilir: Apple için reportaproblem.apple.com, Google için Google Play sipariş geçmişin. Tüketilebilir öğeler harcandığında kullanılmış olur. Bu, emredici tüketici mevzuatından doğan haklarını sınırlamaz.
Kabul edilebilir kullanım
Kanunun açıkça izin verdiği haller dışında oyunda hile yapma, oyunu değiştirme, tersine mühendislik uygulama, kaynak koda dönüştürme, oyuna veya hizmetlerine müdahale etme, bot ya da açık kullanma, erişimi yeniden satma veya oyunu hukuka aykırı kullanma. Değiştirilmiş oyun sürümleri için özellikleri devre dışı bırakabilir veya bu sürümleri desteklemeyi bırakabiliriz.
Erişilebilirlik ve değişiklikler
Oyun “olduğu gibi” ve “mevcut olduğu ölçüde” sunulur. Oyunu, bölümlerini, özelliklerini veya desteklenen cihazları istediğimiz zaman güncelleyebilir, değiştirebilir veya sonlandırabiliriz. Bazı özellikler internet bağlantısı veya en güncel sürümü gerektirebilir.
Üçüncü taraf hizmetler
Oyun Apple, Google, Firebase ve bunları sunan sürümlerde RevenueCat ile Unity LevelPlay gibi hizmetlere dayanır. Bu hizmetlere kendi koşulları ve gizlilik politikaları uygulanır. Gizlilik Politikamıza bakabilirsin.
Sorumluluk
Kanunun izin verdiği ölçüde dolaylı veya sonuç olarak doğan zararlardan, kaybolan ilerleme veya verilerden ya da kesintilerden sorumlu değiliz. Bu koşullar, kast veya ağır ihmal gibi kanunen kaldırılamayan ya da sınırlanamayan sorumluluğu veya yasal tüketici haklarını ortadan kaldırmaz ya da sınırlamaz.
Uygulanacak hukuk
Bu koşullara Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukuku uygulanır. İstanbul mahkemeleri ve icra daireleri yetkilidir. Tüketiciysen ikamet ettiğin ülkenin emredici hükümlerinin korumasından yararlanmaya devam edersin ve senin için yetkili tüketici hakem heyetlerine veya tüketici mahkemelerine de başvurabilirsin.
Değişiklikler ve iletişim
Bu koşulları güncelleyebiliriz; yukarıdaki tarih güncel sürümü gösterir ve bir değişiklikten sonra oynamaya devam etmen değişikliği kabul ettiğin anlamına gelir. Sorular için: support@barbarda.com.
